Dee gave me the best 50 minute massage I’ve ever had. I had tough tension points and she melted them away with her magic hands. Will definitely visit again.
- SSSameer Samudra5 days ago1.0We availed their services on December 31 and while making the booking no one told us that spa will be closing at 6pm. We had an appointment for 4.30pm for 80 mins, so basically we couldn’t use spa facilities (sauna, steam room etc) after our massage. What irritated me most was they take 20% gratuity on the front end, plus charged $25/ person extra charge as it was December 31 and then the service at locker room was horrible after we were done with massage. We couldn’t even shower properly as they were rushing us to get out. It’s a premium spa facility but the treatment that was provided after the massage was truly extremely disappointing. No water, no tea - basically it was indicating to show us you should get out now. This was my nephew’s first spa experience as he turned 18 and our special occasion was ruined with this experience. I had used their spa services in the past, but this experience truly ruined my experience. I doubt I will go back again.
- BSBrandon StyleDec 19, 20255.0I hope this gets back to their team because we’ve been coming here for 7 years annually and we have the absolutely the BEST time using an incredible spa and getting pedicures. i brought 15 people here for for my bachelor party this year and Bernadette was so sweet and accommodating for my entire party. i HIGHLY suggest you reach out and ask for her to set up any events - was truly a 5 star experience - Kym, lori, scott, lan, Meribel, and lisa were amazing!

I’ve never been to a spa before and wanted to treat my fiancé , so I called to get pricing for a couples massage. They asked if I wanted a 75-minute or 100-minute massage. I explained it was my first time and asked what the price difference was. The person responded rudely: “Well one is 75 minutes and one is 100, obviously.” I clarified that I meant the price, but after that attitude, no thanks.
