They were absolutely no help at all they are not even in the United States. I highly recommend if you are looking for electronics go somewhere else. I wasted $600 buying a fax/copy/scanner machine and no one knows who to call or talk to for tech support.

I they are all so respectfully, bought a yearly plane and it's so easy just make an appt by phone or use the email to make am appt to fit your time to get anything done with your computers or printers or anything technical done. Don't have to wait in line for very long, I have been there 4 times now a d waited may e 5 mins fir them to help me, but they do say I. Will be a couple if mins and they will get to you and yes always a few mins. Get what I need done and on my way. Plus if I need something Best buy has everything you need, I needed a new printer after they checked mine but I guess mine was too old to be compatible to my new laptop so I found one they and made my appt next day to get it all set up for me the next day. Tech was really great and showed me jow to get home and get it hooked up to my WiFi after they added it to my laptop. Great service you all.
