  Excellent experience!! A friend recommended the Dyson Service Center after I mentioned I was struggling with an upright vacuum cleaner that I bought from Costco barely a year or so ago. I didn't even know that this place existed and even accepted walk ins! The walk in and check in procedure was painless. I submitted my claim with them after they helped me find my serial number. They took my vacuum to the back minutes later. I had to leave after like 15 or 20 minutes because I was on my lunch break, but my vacuum was repaired in under an hour and ready for pickup the same day! So I picked up the following day and it works like brand new again! They said that it was still under warranty, so I didn't have to pay a dime! You definitely get what you pay for! At first I was hesitant making a Dyson purchase because of the price. But I am now a customer for life!

  I had an older Animal Ball 2 that I wanted just a tune up. Fernando and Harold took very good care of me. They took my vacuum and gave me a floor model “loaner” to use in the meantime. Apparently this a very new Dyson Loaner program. It was great. So easy, great communication, and just a good honest business. Highly recommend. I had no break in cleaning my house and my vacuum now works better than ever!

  Quick, great price, and incredibly friendly! Second time here and it was fantastic. Fixed our vacuum in 15 minutes.

  I came to the service center yesterday to have my hairdryer serviced because the plug wasn’t working correctly. The service technician was not only able to fix the plug immediately, but also cleaned my entire device without asking. The level of service was impeccable and I couldn’t have been more happy with the service. Highly recommend, and thank you for all your help!

  Jake was so awesome and made my stressful events so much easier. I’m so glad i opted to go in store instead of wait months with the horrendous online experience. thank you again. that was awesome and i’m so happy i have a new dyson
