Not only was he very professional when we entered the store, he also showed me how very patient he was towards my questioning. While trying to understand how and what to do when connecting my contacts to the new purchased phone, And he even took the time to answer all the 101 questions l continue to ask. Not one time did he seem to look frustrated or act impatient with me Nope just friendly advice on maintenance and care so my phone will last longer in the future now that's service! 🤝thanks Alex
