I told him I’d be there by 7:30, and he said no problem. I showed up at 7:35 and the doors were locked, lights off, completely closed. Seriously? I made the effort to get here based on YOUR word and you couldn’t even stay open the full posted hours? That’s flat-out disrespectful and unprofessional. Don’t tell customers one thing and do another. Total waste of my time — I won’t be coming back.
