Very disappointed, bought a blu gl65 that was advertised very well, i wasn't expecting much from a cheap phone $119, but the quality of the camera was advertised way better than it was. the camera quality was the same as a dsi from 2011, the same as an ipod shuffle, it was absolutely horrible yet the videos demonstrated were shown as a high quality camera for the price, anyways wanted to return it or exchange for a different phone and they said no you gotta pay the restocking fee, but they said if there's a defect we accept it full refund, well they didn't, i took my 74 dollars after paying the restock fee and will never shop at best buy, worse customer service. mind you i waited by the phones for 40 minutes before i was even able to purchase the phone.

Best buy usually gets bad rap for being a big box store. But they do try there best to compete with the Amazon's of the world, by matching prices and keeping to up to date with sale prices across the net.

Horrible location. I have had multiple issues in person at this location with employees sitting around chatting instead of waiting on customers. If you are lucky enough to find a employee not chatting or playing on their phone they know next to nothing about the product. To compound this problem, if you order a item same day delivery it won't happen. Staff is to lazy to get it pulled and sent out. I always used my best buy credit card, which the funds as normal come out of the account. If they fail to ship it overseas customer service will let you know the funds will be back in your account in 14 days. Be cautious as with a larger purchase you may loose the funds and not have the item. So if you are on a budget might cause a issue. Btw the overseas customer support have no authority to do anything. If you need honest, fair and prompt service another vendor would be a better option. Additionally the store manager and regional manager do not take phone calls.

I have always gone to this store do warranty replacement on my zagg screen protector in-store for the last 2 phones. When I upgraded to a my newest phone, I purchased Zagg screen protector again because I valued the convenience of lifetime replacement in store. I haven't replaced my screen protector for a year until it finally cracked. So when I visited the store to do the replacement, I got denied. Apparently they rolled out a new policy that I needed to purchase their $8 geek squad service in order to do an in-store warranty replacement. They didn't even offer to sell me the service then. So I was stunned by this new policy response and didn't think to purchase it. They said I needed to do the warranty replacement thru the manufacturer, zagg.com. I left frustrated to do it at home. Zagg.com didn't have replacements available. So I don't know how long I have to wait to do get a replacement. Then I tried calling the store for a resolution since I cannot get the replacement. I was put on hold for 10+ min before I got to someone. Then when I spoke to someone, they wouldn't put me thru to a supervisor or manager to discuss resolutions nor answer my questions. I was not being a Karen nor being rude, nor did I have an attitude over the phone. Then the call dropped. I tried calling again to be put on hold for another 10+ min. This is not worth my time for the screen protector and apparently I was not worth their time. I am now detracted from purchasing from this store and zagg for all my future purchases. I'll buy the cheap screen protector from Amazon since there's no telling when Zagg will get the replacement.

Very poorly managed store. Next time I would rather buy from Lowe's then dealing with this staff. Purchased a range and the day of the pick up they would not release it citing power outage and employee safety. Fine, coming back the next day. The pickup manager would not release the range because it was purchased under my wife's account with the same last name as mine. When I explained to them that at the time of purchase the salesperson said we just need to bring the receipt for the release nobody ever said that my wife have to be there personally. Now their rules have changed and they would not want to release it even though they caused the delay the day before with their power outage. After I spoke to the manager and he was still unwilling to release the range I just told him to go ahead and refund the card and I will get the same exact item from Lowe's. Only then the manager realizes that he's now causing Best Buy to lose business and he finally released the range. Although I am thankful that the issue was finally resolved I am very concerned about the lack of training and lack of customer service knowledge this store is providing to their managers. So at this point I would highly recommend to just drive to another location even if it takes longer. I generally have very good experience with Best Buy however this is the only store I had this bad experience with. Will never return here.
