    Ok place, everything really marked up to me, would've supported, but did have Micro SD cards I wanted for my DJI drones. And, dude looked sick (walking up to me wiping his nose, not cool) who came to help me and face wasn't even covered, that creeped me out as I would see my mom later too, and she is 76, then this dude not protecting others from himself. I just left and will await Amazon to deliver when I order other items I want. I also wanted an ergo trackball mouse and didn't have that for inexpensive price, which was cool features, but I didn't need it to have 2 profiles for buttons, so $40 on Amazon, and next day after ordering. They should have both in store, for those who can afford it and frugal like me. lol

    Arrived at Best Buy on 2/20/2026 to make a large purchase at 5:00 pm and get some expertise assistance. "Door greeter" watches me walk in and turns his head. Two white male follow in directly behind me and gets a "welcome in" greeting. Instantly lost my service. Hire professionals.

    Not only is the manager awful but so are the employees. Today I went to Best Buy with my son Jude. He collects Pokemon with me. He has his own collection. Today we sat out in the freeze cold together to wait for the new Pokemon set coming out. We were told one item of each per person. So when we get the front I say I'll take one of each and so will my son. am immediately told no he doesn't count. So | let them know he has been outside with me since 7am in the cold. The woman lets me know "it's not that serious" and that I can speak to the manager. He walks over and lets me know "people pull this crap all the time and bring their babies". My child is not a baby he has his own collection. It isn't like a brought all my kids with my to try to get more for myself or to resell. "If it is such a problem for you then just give him yours". Guess what I absolutely will but what the hell is wrong with people. He ask me if my child would be paying with his own money. Mind there are other children in line but a little older than mine. He has no problem selling them pokemon but not my son because he is too young. I'm heartbroken for my boy. I feel like I try to be understanding and kind. Both the employee and manager were awful. I have two older sons could have brought with me to get more. I didn't. They don't collect. Be careful if you have kids wanting Pokemon if you are gonna go to the Best Buy. You won't catch me there again.

    Needed a specific video adapter for an install I was fixing for a venue on the strip. I called Best Buy to see if they had one, but apparent they now use an AI answering service. It wasn’t able to understand my question and I was eventually able to get it to transfer me to another AI (An Indian) at a call center in India who wasn’t able to see if they had any of these adapters in stock or transfer me to an employee in the store. I had to drive 20 minutes from the strip to Best Buy, and the employee at the door was able to tell me immediately that they don’t carry those adapters. Like what the hell. Why can’t I just be able to speak to someone in the building. Who is this service for? I don’t see how any customer benefits from this system Employees were great and really helpful once in the store!

    Purchased a Yale Lock on 1/23/2026, didn’t fit my door so attempted to return on 2/7/2026, receipt advise 15 days from the date of purchase. Manager Dave advised me I’m outside the window of return and couldn’t, I showed Dave a google date calculator showing today 2/7/26 was the 15th day and he advised me today was the 16th day and doesn’t care what “google shows” because he knows how to count. Talked with a different employee and got the refund processed thankfully because they knew how to calculate days correctly but I really don’t know what Dave is doing as a manager, he was more argumentative than helpful even when facts & math proved I was within the return period per Best Buy policy guidelines.
