    I had Just Bought two TVs that were underneath the same brand from them and when I took them home one of them Had a broken screen I Call customer service and they told me I would get a replacement so I return back to the same store not even an hour later too try to get a refund or at least an exchange and they deny me saying it was my fault that it was broken when I ask can I at least get a refund?when it came defected They instantly told me no I lost out 180 of my hard Earned money that they took because of their mistake. I will never shop at Best Buy again terrible customer service and terrible way of handling equipment…… I hope This review helps the people that are looking to buy a TV. Don’t waste your hard earn money on this place. And if you do make sure you They tested before you take it.

After being told at another location to purchase the wrong charger for my camera, Joshua quickly identified the exact charger I actually needed.     Vivian is rude over the phone , hung up on me . She refused to let me speak to a manager . She should not be in customer service . John on the other hand , although he couldn’t help me with my situation at least he was able to provide me some information and went above and beyond to try to help . Purchased my phone off DoorDash …. worst mistake ever. I returned the phone and I haven’t got a refund and no way to get one.

    i've been shopping at Best Buy for decades, and while experiences can vary, this location continues to stand out for its customer service and clean, organized setup. About six weeks ago, I had an issue with a laptop I bought from the computer section—it kept crashing due to what seemed like a manufacturer defect with the power or BIOS. When I went back to discuss it, one of the employees in that section was rude and dismissive. Mistakes happen, but customer service should stay consistent, and I hope management keeps coaching their team on that. Yesterday, however, I had a completely different experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted immediately and assisted by a knowledgeable associate in the car audio section who knew exactly what I needed for my vehicle. This location no longer has an installation bay for car audio or navigation systems, but they still carry the basics. Overall, this Best Buy remains reliable for most tech needs. The car audio//video selection is smaller than some other stores, but the service and professionalism here make it worth coming back.
