The manager Andrea at the Best Buy Maryland location was EXTREMELY RUDE, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
Instead of helping, she told me to throw the item in the trash or recycle it and asked why I didn’t go back to the branch where I bought it. That is not the customer’s responsibility. What I do with my item is my business, not hers. Her job is to provide service not to argue or push customers away.
If she cannot do her job with basic manners, she should stay home and not come to work. No one deserves to be treated this rudely.
This branch seriously needs to fix their staff attitude. Unacceptable.
Note for customers: I strongly recommend going to another Best Buy location if you don’t want to risk a bad experience. I hope this helps other customers avoid the same situation.

The outlet crew and curbside pickup crew that was on shift yesterday 01/06/2026 at 5pm were extremely helpful and provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!

This review is solely for the young lady that my boyfriend encountered while picking up an online order for AirPods 4 she wasn’t welcoming, or nice. Immediately said order wasn’t ready, when it was. She got the order but the whole experience wasn’t great. I understand it’s New Year’s Day maybe do not want to work or help “certain” customers but please do better

Bad customer service, I bought a 75-inch Samsung TV that came out in bad condition, on the screen it had many black spots, I showed up at the store and the manager told me that she could not help me and it was a noooo without any options to help me, I had a very ugly attitude, I had to call customer service through my cell phone and thank God they helped me very friendly people and took my case and evaluated it and approved the replacement, the manager of this store does not listen to customers think that one wants to take advantage of the situation which is not so

Just picked up a brand new iPad that I ordered online. The box is scuffed, dented and dirty. This is a Christmas present. When I asked for something that actually looks new I was informed that “all our iPad boxes look like that”. The same employee told me “that’s how they come off the truck”. Wow. So if you want an Apple product that looks new I guess you need to go to the Apple store. PS don’t make the mistake of interacting with anyone from BestBuy who reaches out to you. I made this mistake and all that this person called Ravi did was waste my time and energy with meaningless messages and requests for photos before recommending that I return the iPad to the store and exchange it despite my review clearly stating that the store employee told me when I picked it up that “all our iPad boxes look like that”. As I said before, if you want a new looking product you should buy from Apple.
