We just purchased a TV with the help of Preston! We haven’t bought a TV in over a decade, but Preston had all the answers to our questions and very efficiently helped us pick out the right TV, and showed us an amazing Doorbuster deal. He was very professional, helpful and kind throughout. Also we love our new TV, especially the price for the quality.

I will likely never buy anything from Best Buy again after this experience. I ordered a coffee maker online due to a sale price. They use an independent courier service to deliver. That driver attempted my delivery and when they texted for a gate code, they immediately turned around and didn’t even give me a chance to give them one. I was emailed and called after this failed attempt that the item was just going to be returned. It’s now 6 days later and I have gone into this store and spoke with a manager yesterday who directed me to call customer service since it’s an online order. Even though it shipped from a local store. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with your terrible customer service team and was HUNG UP ON twice. All I want is to get my item sent to me for the price I paid. I called again today and spent an hour on the phone with 4 different people because nobody seemed to care about helping me. There is no customer service email or anything that is useful. I was connected with your sales team and the manager there denied my price match! I was then told that customer service could reroute my original order to get it sent out and that was the only way to get this item for the price I paid. I was transferred for the 4th time and was told there were no options if the sales team declined my request for a price match. I’m literally trying to give you hundreds of dollars of my money for a product. As someone who has worked in retail and other customer service jobs for over 20 years I have never been treated this poorly by any company. My card still hasn’t been refunded and apparently you all don’t want my money at all because I’m even trying to buy it again, just for a simple price match. It’s only $80 but it’s the principle of the matter. Your service failed to do its job and now I have to spend hours of my time to get what I paid for? Absolutely ridiculous service. The manager at the store was no help, you phone service is terrible and you clearly do not care about your customers. Corporate greed at its very best. I’m so incredibly disappointed in Best Buy as a company and will never spend a cent here again.
