After the second attempt I contacted customer support, they couldn't do anything since the item is being clearanced and is NOT available anywhere else. I was provided an extension to get in touch with a manger at that location. The manager offered me a poor discount on the same item, just not as a bundle, so technically less product for more money. Every other day I receive a notification that it is available again, of corse im going to buy it. I now have attempted 4 more times since that conversation, so I decided to try and get in touch with the manager again, but this time customer support has no ability to transfer me, nor have an extension to get me in touch with the manager, and explains that my only option is to travel 20 miles just to ask a question.
