  Worst Apple Store I’ve been to, it’s like the sales people do not want to work or provide service. Store was empty in comparison to other locations and as we arrived they just told us we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to get the phone we want (just wanted to buy it fast), even though more than 10 employees were just alone and on their phones. Worst service, sales person comes to the table we are (only ones waiting there) and as I asked again if they could help us after waiting 10 minutes he just said “I won’t be the one helping you today” and left. Several people left the store because they did not want to wait. It is not an apple service and it is a disrespect with the customers.

  Attended a live iPad Pro session today and absolutely loved it. Clear explanations, practical tips, and a very friendly instructor. Learned how to make the most out of the iPad in daily life. A great experience overall!

  I'm just sad, they didn't fix my laptop. I know it's old and outdated, but they just ask me to buy a new laptop instead of having it fix. Well, I'm not rich enough to afford a laptop. Just being practical to buy second hand rather than buying a new laptop that I can't afford. Sorry... Just stating my facts. Don't get me wrong. In fairness to the staff that I talked to. She is very nice. But the manager whom I talked to the other day suggested to buy a new laptop. That's why I'm upset.

  I am visiting from out there of state and wanted to get my iPhone fixed which went fantastic. The only reason I am now leaving a 2 star is because when I came back in today to pick up my repaired device I asked an Asian lady (didn’t catch her name) if I may pay for their service to install or help me professionally install my new iPad screen protector. Without kindness or hesitation she deterred me immediately and simply said no we don’t do that here. Although she did not lie about them not doing that service or selling any or installing any outside party iPad screen protectors for us Apple users… she could have been nicer about it. Customer service is really important to me. I would never treat my clients with such disregard and rudeness. Ever. I don’t know any to ever shop here or come back here because of her and not to mention the poor parking situation due to it being at a mall where you have to pay for parking for a simple 10min visit. Happy New Year and thank you to the gentleman who originally helped me!

  I went into the Apple Store at Town Square yesterday for help with a very simple issue — recovering a forgotten password. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. During the interaction, the employee assisting me (Esteban) rolled his eyes when I asked questions, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. The steps weren’t explained clearly, and I ultimately left without the issue fully resolved. For such a basic request, I expected more patience, clarity, and professionalism.
