During my visit, I was assisted by a Black female sales associate with curly hair who was extremely cold, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. There was no greeting, no willingness to help, and no basic courtesy. It felt very clear that she did not want to assist me or be there at all. I was purchasing an unlocked iPhone, yet I had to repeatedly ask just to complete the sale, and I even had to ask for a bag, which made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable and awkward. This was not a misunderstanding or a busy-store issue — it was a complete lack of customer service. I have never felt so unwelcome while making a purchase, especially at an Apple Store where professionalism is expected. I hope store management and Apple corporate review this interaction seriously, as experiences like this damage customer trust. I will not be returning to this location.
