    Horrible people. I went in with my laptop and my iphone to get my laptop fixed and get the new iphone. They ran the diagnostic and told me they would CALL ME when the part was in. I wanted the new iphone so they transfered my account info but they did it out of order which resulted in apple disconnecting my phone and then making me leave to go find a t-mobile without having service to fix my phone they messed up and then get the new iphone through them. I never recieved the call for the part and drove another hour and went in again yesturday. I was told i would have to drive back home, get my laptop and bring it back to do the same test to get the same resukts when we already have all the same info. Im constantly being lied to by these people and noones wants to take accountability or fix the issue

    I asked the guy at check in. Do you have this available? I don’t wanna wait if it’s not available. He said yeah we should have it. Few moments later…… Oh sorry it’s out of stock. I asked so I don’t have to wait for a reason. Yes you may have it in stock most of the time but that’s why I asked you to check it. And so many staff there just standing, it took them awhile to help us. And for people to say why I can’t wait, I have a toddler with me.

    This is the worst Apple Store I have ever been to, employee wise. I walked in trying to buy a new iPhone. There were people in the store at 11:30AM, but no lines anywhere. I parked myself next to the phones hoping to speak to an employee. After waiting for 15 minutes, approaching a couple with an, "excuse me", to only watch them glance at me and walk away. Finally after 15 minutes of trying to get help, an employee finally asked if I needed help with anything. I said, yes, I would like to purchase a new iPhone. The employee then asked if I had checked in. I said, no, I didn't realize I needed to check in to purchase something. He said, yeah, you need to check in, I can't help you unless you check in. Dumbfounded, by the "do you need any help with anything?" if you can't do anything until I check in. What is the point of asking if I needed to check in to purchase a phone, not get one repaired, but to actually purchase a new one. Then I tried to find the person to check in with, to have that employee literally walk away from me. I left without purchasing a new phone and will not be back to this store. Why on earth would you make it difficult for people to hand over their money to you? But after seeing the reviews, if I really want to stay with Apple, I need to go to Fashion Show or Caesars, where they have employees who appear by the reviews to want to help customers purchase their products.
