    The management team needs to know how to schedule properly! You create an appointment and than they make you wait 30 minutes. However, if you are late for your app there won’t take you.

    To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant.I was spoken to in a dismissive manner, which is completely unacceptable in a customer service environment. At no point did I feel respected or valued as a customer. The way I was addressed left me feeling uncomfortable and disregarded. Customer service should be handled with professionalism and courtesy, and that standard was not met during my visit. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.     We went in to purchase a new phone & thank God we hooked up with the absolute BEST & most patient associate. Her name is Brittany. (Beautiful with long dark hair & tattoos. I say this because there are apparently 2 Brittanys at this store). My knowledge of the IPhone is minimal & my boyfriend who was purchasing the phone for himself has been using an old version (IPhone 7 plus) & isn't very phone-literate, especially when it comes to new things. We were incredibly lucky to meet Brittany who has the patience of a Saint & is so very knowledgeable. She set everything up & taught my bf & I as much as she possibly could. God Bless her! We even wound up going back to see her a few days after our initial visit & she was just as nice & patient, answering our many questions & continuing to be upbeat, kind & encouraging. Brittany is truly an asset to this organization. We would like to express to her our gratefulness once again. Brittany is the definition of Customer Service Excellence. Bravo, Brittany! You deserve the best & we thank you for everything!

    I want to start off with first Greg the first employee I worked with was fantastic. Unfortunately the whole procedure after that has been completely unacceptable. So my computer wouldn't turn on. Came in. They got it back on. They ran diagnostics and it needed a top case for another issue (no O key). Told him I'd be back the next week to bring it in. Didn't realize that the diagnostics only last for 5 days so when I came in on day 6 cuz I had a sudden doctor's appointment that I didn't expect on Thursday, I brought it in Friday was told they had to do the diagnostics again so sat in there for about an hour hour and a half. Was told to be 3 to 5 days and that they work all weekend so that would be Monday or Tuesday and they had the part. At the end of Tuesday when I hadn't heard from anybody, I tried to call, it took four times to get through to a human being at the store. Because I kept getting tech support as my only option or when I actually got the store they told me I had to go to tech support because that's where repair statuses are given. But no no no, national level has no status or at least it hadn't been updated since I dropped it off on the 12th. The guy at the tech support tried to call the store twice let it ring 30 or more times both times couldn't get anyone to pick up. So I had to go to the store to find out what was going on with my computer that they've already had for 5 days. That afternoon I get a call to tell me what's going on and they have just determined that the logic board ALSO needs replacing. I don't know why with two diagnostic tests and having my computer for 5 days they just figured that out on Tuesday afternoon, BUT I was told I would have my computer back on Wednesday. No call Wednesday. No computer. Thursday no call, no computer I call around 4:00. I am told that they just got the parts, BUT I would have it tomorrow DEFINITELY So now it's Friday at 5:30. No call. No email. No computer. They have now had my computer at the shop there for 8 days. There's no one picking up the phone. Even though they're open till 9:00 p.m. I've tried to call four times. [I also actually had to Google how to get around the AI system that Apple has THAT DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE LOCAL STORE when you try to call and get to the store. BTW The trick is to say you need a manager.] No one's answering there. No one's answering at Apple national. I am now going to be nine days without my computer. I told them I'm a consultant. My whole life is in that computer. It's 9 days tomorrow -- 9 days that they've had my computer and they have not contacted me once except Tuesday when I drove to the store to get a status. Note the techs I actually deal with at the store are very kind and very nice and very good this is obviously something wrong with the person running this store and corporate given how hard it is to just get someone at the store to talk to. But there's no reason I should be waiting 9 days to get a computer back that they already had the part for. And when they had to order the second part they should have already known that because we had two diagnostics run BEFORE I left it and they had the computer for 5 days before this was known. I know they're very busy this time of year but I also can't sit here without a computer my only way to make money. My only way to work -- for 9 days. I was told 5 days. I had to drive to the store to find out the status on the 5th day. I got a call saying they just figured out the logic board was bad they had to order parts. The parts would be there in the morning. They would have it for me on Wednesday. No one calls. Apparently they didn't get the parts because I didn't get a call on Thursday either, so I had to call in and find out that they didn't have the parts until Thursday night, but someone would be working on it Thursday evening. Told they'd have it today Friday. It's Friday evening, no computer, no call, no information, no one answering the phone 🤬. This is failure of Apple Corporate and the Store Management, NOT the techs and this isn't okay.

    THE WORST APPLE STORE IN THE FREAKING WORLD !!! Left my laptop there to have a screen fix … had to drive back and forth back and forth because of their confusion and incompetence.. then they finally “fix” my computer, I come in to pick it up AND ITS PHYSICALLY DAMAGED!!! I am now fighting with them to fix the damage they caused !!! It’s taken me a month to fix this issue hours on the phone. Apple support can’t even get into contact with the store because they won’t pick up the phone. DRIVE TO ANY OTHER APPLE STORE LAS VEGAS THIS ONE ISNT IT
