  I am beyond impressed with the customer service and courteousy I received from Arcelia and Gabriel today! It was time to invest in a new phone, but I was so worried about losing all of my pictures and contacts that I put it off longer that I should. There is a Cricket store in my area, but since I saw the wonderful reviews at this location I called to see if they had the phone I wanted in stock. Arcelia answered the call and was so courteous ( even with all of my questions), I decided to take the drive across town to come to the Sahara and Valley View location. I am so glad that I did. Arcelia and Gabriel greeted me with warm smiles and were so patient with me. I knew what I needed and thought I knew what I wanted. However, Arcelia helped me find the perfect phone to me my needs and that had features and was at a reasonable price point. They are a great team and very knowledgeable about the various phones and features. Another customer came in and Gabriel helped him as Arcelia helped me make my final selection. It was quite obvious that the gentleman was a return customer. That was great to see because it said so much about their level of customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this Cricket location and definitely plan on coming back.

  Vianey was so helpful in helping me figure out the best phone plan for my senior dad on Monday 23, explained throughly the differences between each one and helped determine which plan would be best based on our phone usage and travel. 10/10 kind service :)
