  We got out TV from here. It was open box with a 7 day return guarantee if anything was wrong with it. It cost 265 for an LG 75 inch. A few months later the TV works great and we got a great deal. I think the TV was originally over 800!

  Had a great experience here! So great I was in shock by how well this store is managed and how great the service was. I was greeted so kindly at the door and offered help immediately. My item was unfortunately out of stock but they were quick to look up which location had what I needed and reserve it for me. Without me even asking! Service like that is so hard to find these days. Great team over there.

  I had an excellent experience with the Best Buy installation service, thanks to Terry. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Terry completed the installation quickly and efficiently, while still taking the time to ensure everything was done correctly. What stood out most was how clearly he explained each step and made sure I understood how to use both the device and its accompanying app. He even demonstrated everything in a way that was easy to follow, which I really appreciated. Overall, Terry provided outstanding service and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Best Buy’s installation service, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Terry.

  I normally don’t leave reviews but I just have to say how satisfied I am with JP’s customer service. He literally got me in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. I had done my research on a MacBook I was looking at for DJ/Music purposes already, but I wanted to hear what he had to say. He was knowledgeable and honest. He knew all the specs on each MacBook like he worked for Apple themselves. No sales pitch, just straight to the point. If I was naive to MacBooks, he wouldn’t have tried to upsell me on something I totally wouldn’t need. If you want to leave the store confident with your purchase ask for JP!
