- LSLesley Smith2 days ago5.0A big thumbs up for your wonderful employee, Lourdes. My husband, age 90, frequently shops at Best Buy on Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas. Several times previously Lourdes had assisted us and found us just what we needed. Today I received the same excellent service. Lourdes is attentive, helpful, and she listens! She is very patient in dealing with the elderly, and always greets us with a warm, welcoming smile. The staff at the Best Buy on Maryland Parkway is the reason we always shop there.

Gave my man the biggest attitude for no reason, rolled her eyes & smirked when he mentioned he arrived early for his pickup. Had zero concept of customer service. Then when asking her if a product was in stock, instead of checking she said "probably not". We let her buddy Casey know how rude she was, & he seemed just as professional as her. Definitely won't return to this location with such unpleasant, careless staff.

Whatever bullshit ai system you use to take calls please turn it off. Seven different times I was not able to get a hold of anyone not even when I tried to ask about products I may be interested in purchasing.

As someone going back to college as an adult, I was lost and he helped me find the perfect tablet and opened my eyes to the subscription-less Galaxy health ring which is now replacing my Oura ring. I now have a go-to electronics guy. Give him a raise! He deserves it!
