    This place is immaculately, clean, pristine, like the driven snow. All of the staff here are friendly and helpful. Definitely enjoy coming here to do my local tech shopping and would recommend it to anyone in the local area.

    Henderson location failed us once again. We have visited before looking for a specific product to face disappointment. This was the third incident. Gracefully, they directed us to another location (Summerlin) which had the Gaming PC we wanted. Drove across town, made the purchase. Happy customer!

    Bought an iPad (A16) and Apple Pencil on 3/6/26 when I got home the Apple pencil was empty. I called customer service immediately and spoke with them for 20 minutes. They transferred me to someone in the store who told me that they needed to investigate and then they will call me back. They called me back like 10 minutes later to tell me to come up to the store and they were going to exchange it out when I got up to the store the person supervisor didn’t know what I was talking about so I had to go over the whole situation again I had to sit in the store for 15 minutes while they investigate it and then they changed out my Apple Pencil super annoying, super embarrassing and not the kind of customer service you want when you spend $500.
