  Went in to an IPad knowing exactly what I wanted. A salesperson helped me within seconds of entering, didn’t pressure me or upsell me into additional accessories or a “better” iPad (besides their recommendations on accessories). I was out in and out in 10 minutes.

  Angie was incredible. At no point did it feel like a sales experience. Instead, I could tell that Angie truly wanted to find the best options available provided the scope of my priorities and desires.   A experiência na Loja Apple foi extremamente decepcionante devido ao péssimo atendimento, com funcionários visivelmente despreparados, mal-humorados e que demonstraram uma arrogância totalmente incompatível com o padrão esperado da marca. / The experience at the Apple Store was extremely disappointing due to the terrible service, with clearly unprepared and moody staff members who displayed an arrogance that is completely inconsistent with the brand's expected standards.

  (ENGLISH) It’s a small, but spacious Apple store with the usual hip décor, beautiful products everywhere, and lots of staff. Ordering by website or phone will drive you nuts with all the options and choices, but picking up the item IRL was a breeze. (DEUTSCH) Der Apple Store ist zwar eher kompakt, wirkt aber trotzdem mega luftig und hat dieses typisch hippe Design mit glänzendem Edel-Kram an jeder Ecke und gefühlt mehr Personal als Kunden. Wenn du versuchst, die Sachen über die Website oder am Telefon zu bestellen, drehst du wegen der tausend Optionen und Untermenüs komplett am Rad, aber das Abholen im echten Leben war dann wirklich ein absoluter Spaziergang.

  I had a great experience with Kayla, who methodically walked me through the purchase and transfer as well as trade back. The location is busy and she had every reason to rush, but she didn't. I didn't know I had to transfer my eSIM for my business line, so I had to go back the next day, and ultimately walk across the street AT&T to fix that issue, but she would have likely told me about this if she hadn't been swapped out by a supervisor due to her break time, so I left this at 5-stars.
