  從Santa Monica因為我的蘋果帳戶餘額無法結帳，一名女店員冷漠的要我打去客服，才願意幫我結帳。旅遊期間來到Las Vegas終於遇到貴人SOBHAN⋯非常抱歉浪費你一個半小時，就是為了解決我帳戶餘額無法購買new iPad Air，從帳戶檢查、地址、電話、信用卡號、餘額儲值來源，與線上客服交手了一個多小時，SOBHAN持續協助不放棄、甚至拿出自己個人的MacBook協助我下單，依舊失敗。最後改直接撥打給客服，必需進行確認身份並帳戶review24小時，在離開後半小時左右竟然收到郵件通知已開通。非常感謝SOBHAN熱情持續努力不懈的服務精神，讓我在Las Vegas旅遊中留下美好的回憶～

  I visited this store expecting the usual Apple customer experience, but was very disappointed. A staff member spoke to me in a rude tone and misunderstood my position, then refused to serve me. The situation escalated, and I was eventually asked to leave the store, which felt unfair and embarrassing. This is not the level of service I expected from Apple.

  The attention is great, they were really help full. But there’s NEVER any stock. I have been 3 times in 2 weeks and they never have the 256 gb iphone 17pro.

  Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally complain about the service I received at your Caesars location. I arrived at the store an hour and ten minutes before closing, but I was told by the manager, Cid, that he was unable to assist me because they were closing soon. When I pointed out that there was still significant time left before the end of business hours, he claimed there was not enough time to help me and noted there were three people ahead of me. However, the store did not appear busy, and it was clear that those customers were already being assisted. I had intended to resolve an issue with my current phone or, alternatively, purchase a new iPhone and an Apple Watch that same day. Unfortunately, Cid continued to dismiss me despite there being ample time before closing. I am disappointed by this experience and would appreciate it if you could look into this matter. Best regards
