    This Apple Store is very unprofessional! Horrible technical service . Will have you waiting way after your SET appointment . Why have a schedule and not stick to it. No reason to go for any service to your phone better off in the middle of the mall.

    Brought my Apple Watch Series 10 in on February 14, 2026 for an AppleCare+ repair. Employee Kaitlyn told me it would take about a week. I’m from Mountain View, CA — over 500 miles away, and I stayed in Las Vegas based on that timeline. Apple finished the repair days early and shipped it to my home in California via FedEx with no signature required and no heads-up that the timeline had changed. No one called, texted, or emailed me. I called Apple four times and FedEx twice trying to resolve it. I was never connected to the right team and never told about the loaner watch I was entitled to under my AppleCare+ plan. With no other option, I left Las Vegas at 4 AM on February 18 and drove 13 hours through a snowstorm. I-15 was closed at Primm that morning due to heavy snow. Apple Executive Relations later confirmed the loaner option existed and should have been offered. The Fashion Show store separately confirmed the one-week timeline was in their system. Despite admitting these failures, Apple has refused any compensation. If you’re visiting from out of town and need a repair at this location, be aware that Apple may ship your device home early without telling you, with no signature required, and without offering benefits you’ve already paid for. This store serves tourists — they should know better.

    Don’t Normally do this but damn worst customer service from the tech I had a appointment at 715 I was there till they closed and they still didn’t even help me all I had a question about my Apple Watch it wasn’t charging and wanted to see if they could find out what was wrong with it tech girl helped out everyone at my table and didn’t even acknowledge me say anything then I tell the manager rig I could just reschedule then she decided to walk out keep in mind the cleaning crew was there lol crazy customer service
