Each interaction was friendly. professional and positive. They took their time and did not rush even to at time they were quite busy. I had problem with the reception in my community. The spent time working with Verizon to solve the issue even though it was not the company's fault. As I said before sometimes, they were quite busy, but they were still polite and friendly and multitasked when possible. I wish there were more way to acknowledge these people with the company. The other associates seemed just as professional. Best service from a mobile phone service. Again, my family and I would like to thank you all.
