    I’ve always had really long weights at Verizon stores, but today I went in to activate my new phone and was in and out within 10 minutes. Great experience, friendly service.

    lol… I wanted to upgrade my phone and this lady said they don’t have my phone in stock but they could order it and I would have to leave my phone and be with out a phone until the new phone shows up in the mail . I know that’s not how it works. They could easily order my phone and I could bring mine back in when it shows up. Hard to find good help I guess.

    My friends phone had trouble activating after signing up and Verizon’s corporate support told us to take it in to the store. When he got there, they told him since he didn’t buy it from them at the store they would not help him. We called corporate again, to which they advised us they were not sure why they would deny us the simple service of issuing an eSIM. The employee who confronted us was extremely rude and acted agitated with us even being in his presence, and then tried to tell us it would cost $50 for him to issue us an eSIM. At this point, we felt too exhausted to argue further and were willing to pay just to not have to deal with them any further, and when we said we would pay he then denied us further service saying we must go to the retail space that sold us the phone which the corporate phone team reiterated this was 1000% incorrect. Insanely horrible experience and I have heard from others that this issue is common with this location. I am shocked that Verizon tolerates people like that employee representing their brand and image.
