When he got there, they told him since he didn’t buy it from them at the store they would not help him. We called corporate again, to which they advised us they were not sure why they would deny us the simple service of issuing an eSIM. The employee who confronted us was extremely rude and acted agitated with us even being in his presence, and then tried to tell us it would cost $50 for him to issue us an eSIM. At this point, we felt too exhausted to argue further and were willing to pay just to not have to deal with them any further, and when we said we would pay he then denied us further service saying we must go to the retail space that sold us the phone which the corporate phone team reiterated this was 1000% incorrect. Insanely horrible experience and I have heard from others that this issue is common with this location. I am shocked that Verizon tolerates people like that employee representing their brand and image.
