They KILLED my dog! He been having chronic diarrhea, no matter what we tried, ever since he got a Stelfonta shot for a mast cell tumor. Luckily that went away, but the diarrhea lingered. They decided to do an x-ray along with blood nd urine, both of which we had already just had done but they wanted to charge more money so...Y poor angel ended up with 2 torn CCL joints in his knees and was moving slower for sure. We got him a wheelchair for walks but were never able to take him. The front desk ladies are the best. I even got one to admit that I would have done ANYTHING for my baby boy and if we had the slightest indication that Labrela could affect his slight neurological issue he had in his left toes, we NEVER would have done it. "Dr " Schill (such a perfect name) wrote in her notes that she wet over the pros and cons about Labrela with us...the interaction actually went like this...I said "we've talked to a couple of Drs about the Labrela and while he's sedated we'd like to start the first shot. The only words out of her mouth were "yeah, we can do that.". NO warning whatsoever that it could affect his neurological issue AT ALL. Had we been told that, we NEVER would have done it. I'm not sure if we was stupid and negligent or if she did it on purpose. When she walked in the room, there was no "Hello.". She immediately said "I've looked at his chart and x-rays and I'd be Euthanizing him today.". Well she didn't know him or live with him so for her to say such a thing was insane!
anytime I've ever called to speak to a Dr,, the Dr calls me back. When I wanted to speak to Schill, the "manager" Michelle called me on speaker and tells me Schill is in the room even thought she never said a peep...why would the manager call me???DAMAGE CONTROL! The knew the "Dr" screwed up and NEVER warned us. They also lied and said that when he woke up, he was laying upright and alert...well my husband was there literally 5 minutes after they called and he was unable to even lift his head. 24 hours later he was still unable to lift his head. We called and rushed him back. it had only taken 6 hours for him to be totally normal after anesthesia. The then tried telling us that it can sometimes take 48 hours...ok maybe to fully recover but why couldn't my baby even lift his head long after 24 hours. The "manager then iced and said she saw him laying upright and alert. I told her to stop lying because she was just embarrassing herself...she never mentioned it again. she was supposed to call me back on Dec 8 or 9 with the techs that helped him. they also helped us get him out and then back into the SUV. I can only imagine that she didn't call me back bec the techs wouldn't like. Kiara, Melinda and Colleen are all the best and my guess...too honest because SHOCKINGLY she never called. Stanley was my heart dog and my soulmate and he was stole from me by Schill's negligence! I will NEVER take another pet to this butcher shop! They are negligent, dishonest...it's not even dishonest it's BLATANT LYING!! I warn everyone that goes there, make sure you get a second opinion or a third opinion. My soulmate would still be alive if not for them. I would hate for that to happen to anyone else

Thanks for the estimate and you may see me early next year. Thanks again for your excellent service and communication.
