The Geek Squad at Best Buy Home Service today was outstanding! Anthony came to my home after the store set the date, he called first and arrived in perfect time..he set up my Samsung smart TV coordinating the screen to my phone and laptop. HE IS A TOP IT PROFESSIONAL! Also the set up for this appt in store two days ago was smooth and professional.

Completely scam for warranty. They want you to pay a yearly membership of $200 to use a 2 YEAR warranty. what is the point of 2 years then? I was never informed and now have a messed up laptop they refuse to fix

Came in with the blue screen of death, came out with a completely fixed computer.
Before we were about to send the computer in for a full service, geek squad member James decided to check one more issue. He saw the graphics card wasn't completely in place, and that's why the spare hard drive wasn't reading. Instead of potentially having a motherboard issue, our copy of Windows 10 on the SSD was corrupt.
We didn't have to pay anything for this problem to be solved. He saved us a lot of money, and we would've tipped him if we could.
