Every time I come to this store to get a new phone, I'm told, "Unfortunately, we do not have it in stock". After they go to the backroom and call or talk to someone. Even though online, it's in stock at this store. Then they try to give me something else, something cheaper. This happened again last night. The last time I went in, I received the "unfortunately, we do not have that in stock," and actually bought the cheaper phone because I needed a new phone. I was charged a fee to transfer my data, but I was the one who transferred my old phone's data to the new one. Other customers would walk in, and the employee would stop and talk to them. Eventually, the employee handed me my phone, said it's really easy to do, sent me on my way, and still charged me the fee. My very first experience with this store is when i tried to get a new phone and received what I now know as the robotic answer I've come to expect when I walk in: "Unfortunately, we do not have that in stock," and I had to go to Reno, which was a good idea. That store's employees were attentive and helpful. They got me everything I needed. The new phone I wanted and the accessories for it. No, "unfortunately, we do not have that in stock". No bantering with other customers, no robots, no unnecessary fees, just the professional focus and availability for me to get what I need and leave. The only thing that is starting to look like a redeeming quality about this store is that it's next to a T-Mobile. Which I may need to consider going with now. Unless anyone from this Verizon store is associated with it.
