They do not try to sell me something I do not want or need. I highly recommend this store to everyone but especially anyone who is not very knowledgeable about electronic devices.

They don't tell you ahead of time that phone support can't help eith anything other then setting an appointment. Once you do set an appointment they are always talking to someone on the phone. Never available at the designated time. This service is a waste of money. Wish I could get my money back.
