  worst cellular customer service experience for this industry I have ever had in my life (and it has been a long one...lol). was promised something they were not going to deliver upon and when I requested a refund, they told me it would be 60 dollars to change my number back to the old carrier. finally they called a manager on the phone and a solution was arrived upon. since I had paid already I kept the service. I would not advise getting them as a carrier and as soon as my phones are paid for I will be changing carriers. If you have to choose between Cricket and nothing, I suggest two tin cans and a string as your solution.
