  Literally first and now only time i bought something from best buy. I payed $51 for a computer mouse and it feels like trash. If im paying over $20 for something it better be good quality. The picture on the box looks like it has rubber grips, it does not. Its 100% the cheapest thinest plastic id ever seen used. Honestly the fact it costs $51 should be a crime. Seriously its called "best buy" you should supply good products at good prices not flimsy plastic at absurd prices. I do blame the store too because I asked for a fairly heavy mouse i even explained why. All the mice where locked away in couldn't feel the wight. The employee tried up selling me to an over $100 mouse. I said not that expensive and he just walked away no longer willing to help. I had to decide with no ability to see or hold the physical mouse. I opted for something I assumed by the price of $51 it would be a good quality product. Nope. Hollow flimsy plastic trash.

  Went in for a phone case and russell came to help us, we were stressed about paying so much for a new phone and he helped us alot and saved us so much time and money, he was extremely patient and went above to make sure we were satisfied
