    Amazing experience at Best Buy in Sydney, Nova Scotia! Shaun and Amitoj delivered service well beyond expectations. Amitoj was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about resolving our issue. We felt appreciated from start to finish. Five-star service!

    I bought a Samsung phone November. Third 2025 cost $45 to transfer from one phone to another. I had to go back. I give a guy $20 cash. And still no receipt. I took a ghetto blaster because I didn't know how to set it up properly after buying the phone there and support in the business. They charge me $45 to hit a couple of buttons. They're ripped off. Don't ever do business with them. Walmart I should've went there

    I went to Best buy express in April 2025 Was sold a contract on AHLO phone .POS. I had to go back Sydney and was told I could keep the phone. Ignore the other charges from my carrier. I did that. My phone bill went up to $400.00 Supposed to be $40.00 They fixed it. I received a new bill for $72.00 ? What happened to my $40.00 bill 🤔 You gave me a Samsung in return for the pos you sold me and how many others 🤔 How do you stay in business 🤔 I have to travel back to Sydney again from Cheticamp. Thanks for all the extra monies im spending on a phone ffs .. Im pissed off Can you tell ?? Tear up the contract My opinion
