  Went there for battery replacement and sales lady doing pre processing before technical support behaved rudely, ended up not changing my phone's battery. She thinks she tje only one who knows everything and doesn't want to listen my questions.

  A few months ago I went to the Apple Store at the Halifax Shopping Centre because I wanted to get the camera icon back on my phone and the lady that was working there was looking at me like I had 2 heads so thank god to my fiancee she helped me put the camera icon back on my phone and at least my knew what she was doing because the lady that was waiting on me didn’t know what the heck to do with my phone

  Today I went in with a bad battery well I sat here for a bit long I’m very satisfied with the service provided they replaced my screen free of charge maybe because they broke the old one but it was scratched deeply and needed replacement. I just love my iPhone 13 Pro Max. It works great still and didn’t want to get rid of it and thanks to the crew here at apple that’s possible and then some and they cleaned my charge port and speakers free of charge had to get a new screen protector but I’d have bought from them if they still had those. Fantastic work guys made a ol tow truck driver very happy today

  I had a mixed experience at this Apple Store. On the positive side, the employees were very friendly and helpful when I came in to get a few things sorted out on my iPhone. However, the visit became frustrating when I asked for a trial of the VR headset. I was told I needed an appointment, even though the demo area sat empty for quite a while. When a staff member finally guided me through the booking process, the system showed no availability anyway. It felt like a runaround just to push customers away. I was left pretty disappointed by how unnecessarily complicated they made the whole process.
