    Cavernous, went to buy a TV bcuz could not get a parking at Costco. Saw the same TV at the same price, but they didn't have it in stock in fact they had none of the TV which I wanted in stock . Settled 4 something else which they had in stock, but as I'm about 2 sign n pay casually asked about warranty n returns that's when I found out they don't deal with it. Literally after 1 month which they will cover then after buyer has to deal with the brand directly. So I asked I gave your store my money but u wash ur hands of service after 1 month. Walked away

    Finding staffing wanting to help or not blatantly ignoring you is hard to find..multi times I have gone in to walk around be ignored then gone home and bought the products Online elsewhere.

    I was looking for an Original Digital version of the PS5. "Yash" looks up a playstation just a regular version on his phone and its $200 more... I told him I found one in Halifax from EB Games for $519. He said the price went up. I said ill go to EB. No help poor service.

    I had a terrible experience here today. I came in prepared to purchase a new phone out-right and left empty handed due to the poor customer service. I arrived shortly after 11am at a not so busy time, and was completely ignored by staff for the first 15 minutes. Once we were finally acknowledged, I communicated the intent of my visit and the interaction with the staff in the mobile center was aweful. The entire interaction was rushed as if it was an inconvenience to them that I wanted to purchase a phone, and mind you, we were the only customers in the mobile section. I asked some questions about trade in values, for my current device which is in great condition and received an offensive offer, when I asked why the value was so low as I had done some research prior to coming in, they could not communicate what was wrong with my device. Overall, the customer service here today was so poor, that it completely talked me out of making a purchase I was 100% ready to make today.

    I went in about 90 percent sure of walking out with a brand new tablet, I had done my research but I had questions about accessories for the particular unit I was looking for. I stood by the display unit for 21 minutes, after 10 I started timing. No one acknowledged me or even asked if I needed help. All the staff were either busy talking to each other or perusing the store looking for other customers. I have worked retail pretty much my whole adult life and I will acknowledge that sometimes customers have to wait to get service but this was not the case this time. I won't make statements like I won’t shop here again but I will no longer consider your particular store as my first thought when it comes to my business. Im not upset im disappointed and still don't have my tablet.
