I even went to Canada Post, and they also had no information about my package. Now Best Buy suddenly changed the delivery date to December 3, and Canada Post is showing December 5. Two different dates and absolutely no clear tracking. This is honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. If Best Buy can’t provide reliable shipping or accurate updates, then they shouldn’t promise specific delivery dates. Completely disappointed and frustrated.

The employee I was speaking with was very helpful and very honest about the laptops. The whole process of finding a laptop and paying was under 15 minutes. All of the staff were very nice and willing to help!
