Our plan was switched without permission, and a new line was added to the account connected to my old phone, which I specifically said was not working. There was no discussion or warning about any of this, so either Jasmine dropped the ball, or Verizon never passed it to her. Either way this was extremely inconvenient for us.

Jayla was kind, honest, thorough in her communications to me about all of the offers available to me in our account. The other employee was not forthcoming and only tried to push the offer she wanted me to accept. The difference was close to a thousand dollars between what I saved by being informed of every offer available. Jayla’s honest, patient and thorough communication rocks!! Jayla has been there for years. Ask for Jayla. The five stars are for Jayla!!
