There was no discussion or warning about any of this, so either Jasmine dropped the ball, or Verizon never passed it to her. Either way this was extremely inconvenient for us.

The difference was close to a thousand dollars between what I saved by being informed of every offer available. Jayla’s honest, patient and thorough communication rocks!! Jayla has been there for years. Ask for Jayla. The five stars are for Jayla!!
