    Raul was efficient and professional. I was pleased with the quick service. He did not try to “up-sell” me but explained options. I will use this store for future Verizon transactions.

    Raul was amazing! He helped me upgrade 3 lines on my account and made the whole process super easy. The store was full of people and he was clearly busy (and alone), but he still managed to multitask and take care of everyone with a great attitude. Super friendly, patient, and professional.

    Wow! Zane was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient (as I don’t know much about tech). Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in as long as I can remember. He’s a GEM!

    Raul is very good at his job and multitasks to assist everyone while staying calm kind and helpful. Its so hard to find good and knowledgable help and he embodies it! The facility is lacking in presentation and cleanliness and is not well stocked but i dont want to ding my service review for that as he was the sole employee there. Russell cellular needs to provide cleaning servicesand better stocking and merchandizing. Thank you Raul and please give him a raise.

    The gentleman named Zane that works at the Verizon store on Sur is THE MAN! My guy stayed passed closing like a lot passed closing to get our account and phones worked out, got us the best promos possible, and even got us the exact phone we wanted! Dude was the best! A straight up wizard with his craft. Definitely go see Zane if you want anything Verizon!
