Some or should I say a few will actually look at your bill and some will just believe what the system says even when we know that there is a mistake.and disputes need to be made. Verizon does not want to hear it nor try to assist or try to make it right. Verizon barely has, if any Call centers in the U.S cause they outsource and use third parties as to which your bill becomes higher and higher. They also charge you if an agent is to assist you. Like really, thats your job.

With a phone that wasn't working the problem was able to be identified, which unfortunately resulted in a need for a new phone. They helped to get largest discount possible and as quick a delivery as they were capable of(even offering to drive to pickup when delivery was delayed if not there by the next day). Then sat and talked while phone was switching ensuring and proving that I maintained a needed phone connection while transfer occurred. I can not recommend a better store or better people at any of the Verizons I have been to across this country.
