  Tarah was fantastic at switching my phones as well as helping me several+ techniques at using my new phone. She's great! I also saw Ginease(?) a few weeks ago, and she was wonderful as well. They are both the greatest I've dealt with at this store in many years. Pay raises all around!!

  Have had Verizon for 9 years and they get you with these so called deals, and when you do not realize it they sneak in hidden fees. Some or should I say a few will actually look at your bill and some will just believe what the system says even when we know that there is a mistake.and disputes need to be made. Verizon does not want to hear it nor try to assist or try to make it right. Verizon barely has, if any Call centers in the U.S cause they outsource and use third parties as to which your bill becomes higher and higher. They also charge you if an agent is to assist you. Like really, thats your job.

  This place is a small store in a small town that is extremely helpful!!! With a phone that wasn't working the problem was able to be identified, which unfortunately resulted in a need for a new phone. They helped to get largest discount possible and as quick a delivery as they were capable of(even offering to drive to pickup when delivery was delayed if not there by the next day). Then sat and talked while phone was switching ensuring and proving that I maintained a needed phone connection while transfer occurred. I can not recommend a better store or better people at any of the Verizons I have been to across this country.

  I am sickened with Verizon in Socorro, have had Verizon for 20 years had no problem with it up until recently. My husband and I went in to get upgrades just for them to cut our service off and so we asked for our old phones back and still have no service. The worker Ginese has no idea what she’s doing because if she did there wouldn’t have been a mistake and if there was a mistake she’d be able to fix the problem not send us off and say we need to go to a corporate store. It’s ridiculous, all I have been hearing is bad things about her and the other employees but because I’m not one to listen to other people I thought it was just talk but it’s true. As quick as they are to take customers money they are quick enough to send you off and not help when they’ve make mistakes. You should be embarrassed to have that kind of crew working and if you or If thats what you allow you should be ashamed.

  Thanks to the helpful staff and Ginese i finally got a verizon phone and service. She set up my phone and as soon as i got home my hotspot picked up streaming TV. Service is great after being without for over a year. Im so glad they had a verizon store in Socorro. Russell is great!
