    Kaitlyn deleted my wife's phone data leaving her with no phone while I was out of town. All she was supposed to do was an Sim transfer. When she ran into an issue instead of calling tech support she deleted the whole profile effectively canceling service. She lost all photos as well.

    I lost my phone on Oct 4th in nearby Nat'l Forest and it was not recoverable. I brought in my old Note 5 to the Verizon store and Mike spent 2 hours with me to get it to operable. I went back several days later and we transferred all my contacts, photos, and some apps on a New Phone. He was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with throughout the process
