When I returned to Verizon, Brittany helped me over multiple days to figure out why my phone wasn’t working. She even called customer service for me, which made the entire process so much easier. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her, I probably would still be without service. Her excellent knowledge and outstanding customer service are the reasons I will never leave Verizon again. She stayed late to help me and never once made me feel like I was a burden. While assisting me over several hours across three different days, she also helped other customers. Even when some of them were rude, she remained knowledgeable, professional, and calm. I am so grateful she was working when I came in. For any future issues, I will absolutely request Brittany. Thank you again, I truly appreciate everything you did!

Additionally, they are technically inept. It may seem like they know what they are doing, but take my word for it, they don't! It took me over 6 hours of telephone time with Apple support to get my devices running correctly. This would not have been a problem had the employees had the knowledge and training necessary to actually do what they were pretending to do. If I were to do this over, I would go to the Apple store in Albuquerque, buy the items I wanted and find the best carrier offering the plan that best met my needs. You've been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE - JUST SAW MY FIRST BILL. THE SLEEZY SALESMAN ADDED INSURANCE WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. JUST SPENT 40 MINUTES ON THE PHONE WITH VERIZON HAVING IT REMOVED. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, AND BY MORE PEOPLE THAN JUST ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
