  Yaussef was terrific to deal with! He was new to the job but he listened to what we wanted, he found options for us in the items we needed to purchase and he asked for help from the others in the store when he needed to. Very helpful and pleasant - we would look for him again if we needed to go back to this store. Best of luck to him working with Verizon!

  Huge thanks to Giovanny, I think that was his name. We had (3) visits to Russell Cellular to help migrate a phone to Verizon. Our hopes were low until we met Giovanny, who made everything happen stress-free. Greatly appreciated!

  I have 12 lines for my business account. I called to resolve a billing discrepancy. Customer Service hung up on me and said they did not have authorization to resolve issue. I called again and new rep would not allow me to speak with a supervisor. Second person said someone would call back, two days and no call back.

  Jose is magic in his tech knowledge & his kindness to me incredibly making me comfortable that I am safe now from scammers: There R not enough words to honor Jose for being here in Santa Fe Verizon, he accomplished every change needed for providing all necessary changes for my protection & explained everything w/ease; Jose stands @ the top of U’re tech people; I am so relieved he helped me today so comfortable asking questions he completely answered; Jose put all of the phone operations for having to change all ESIM for a new cell, setting new passwords for Apple & Google & most important eliminating an app that was placed on my cell by scammers who cld access my life Jose is the Best & I so appreciate being here w/his accomplishments directed just for my needs @ Jose brought me peace today Thank U forever Jose Thank You 🙏

  Verizon was running a promotion in which I could get an upgraded phone on my existing line. I started at a different location and they were going to upgrade my phone but they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock, so I came to this location after a phone call where they said they had it in stock. At this location they insisted they couldn't honor that promotion and just wanted to sell me a new line to get me into a new phone. I ended up going back to the other store and just ordering it and waiting a couple of days for the promotion. I don't understand how this being a corporate store they can't honor their own promotion without trying to sell me something.
