  Update: I received the most beautiful sympathy card regarding the passing of my dog Dulce from everybody at the clinic. I am so touched. Original: Today I experience kindness and compassion from the staff (Frankie, Linda, and Ella), and professional, clear communication from the veterinarian Julie Newman. All across town veterinarians have been stressed and the staff have been stressed because I think we all are right now and so on a Monday morning when people really work to give us a compassionate decent experience, I am pleased. I had a coupon from their website for the free first exam and that helped a lot. The veterinarian left me with assurance that she will email me estimates for what is looking ahead, and I felt like I'll be supported no matter what choices I make.

  After 5 years of having both my dogs seen here, I’m tired of their price gouging and horrid customer service. I needed my dogs glands expressed, they charge 70+ which is double the price anywhere else. They didn’t do a proper job, he was still leaking. I brought my dog back in a week later and they were going to charge me full price again. They said if they’re empty they won’t charge me but if they’re full they will. Make it make sense. Won’t be returning or recommending them to anyone.

  I’ve been taking my dog to the VCA for about 6 months now. The vets are great, but I give it a one star solely for Lisa at the front desk. I asked to be emailed the bill because they were taking an extraordinary amount of time getting me checked out and my dog was not having a good time. She insinuated like I didn’t want to pay my bill! She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Very unhappy with the front desk at the VCA.

  They were kind and helpful. They began with conservative treatment, but outlined what we would do next if that didn't work. Good people and animal skills!
