  This outfit is criminal in their behavior. They billed me, and acessed my checking account, for a service I DID NOT ORDER. Trying to untangle their entirely wrong order took 2 hours [3 techs and a 'business manager'. They jerked me around until I expressed dissatisfaction with the process, then they hung up. I may have to change my entire banking security in order to prevent them from pulling this crap again. I would not trust them at all.

  Every time I have tried to get a device repaired here they have refused and outwardly lied about what service they will provide. I tried to get an IPad fixed here once and they told me they wouldn’t service any Apple products, and then today I tried see if they could do a remote start on a phone with a broken power button or if they could replace the button all together and was told that they ONLY do repairs on Apple products and wouldn’t fix my phone. And the phone number listed for the store on Google forces you through one of those obnoxious robot menus that then put me with Best Buy Customer Service that wasn’t even connected to the this store!!

  Geeksquad agents seemingly have no technical training, certifications, or knowledge about how the Windows Operating System works. I always advise friends and family to find tech support elsewhere.

  Best customer service ever! The staff were incredibly patient and encouraging to my 14 year old who had multiple problems with the computer he built. They patiently listened to him explain the issue, promptly diagnosed it and fixed it. This experience definitely changed my attitude about shopping at Best Buy from very negative to positive.
