Finally the phone wouldn't send text messages on the fifth day. They were instructed to take my phone apart and they literally broke my device in front of me in the store. The agent called her manager never once said SHE broke the phone and told me it was my problem and they could no longer help. All of this is within a week of being a new customer. This company should be ashamed of the way they do business. I would give them a zero out of five stars.
