  This review is for Cricket on 5041 Main St Ste 104, Santa  Fe: I observed extremely rude service from the owner, Abraham, and his employee toward another customer. They were rude, dismissive, and showed no regard for basic customer service. Their behavior was unprofessional, discourteous, and unacceptable. Based on this, I will be taking my business elsewhere and contacting corporate.

  I walked in at about 15 til 7 pm. I knew what I wanted and the lady told me that she could not help me because it was close to her leaving. Then she had a friend in the store with her and all they talked about was going out with different men. I would normally not do this but she looked like she had not showered in a couple of days. Did not set my phone up all the way. Mentioned she was in trouble with her boss as it was. Did not focus on the customer (me) was too busy chit chatting about the hook ups they were going to have. Unsatisfied with the customer service. I had to set my phone up myself. What a drag customer service has gone down hill. What made matters worse is I don't even live in Santa Fe I'm from out of town.

  Don't waste your time. I bought four phones one of which was malfunctioning from the start. They would not replace it. They just kept trying to reset it. Finally the phone wouldn't send text messages on the fifth day. They were instructed to take my phone apart and they literally broke my device in front of me in the store. The agent called her manager never once said SHE broke the phone and told me it was my problem and they could no longer help. All of this is within a week of being a new customer. This company should be ashamed of the way they do business. I would give them a zero out of five stars.

  Like most places short on help. Got the short answer for help with my phone. Buy a new one. Still waiting for a better price. I like Cricket very much they have a lot of deals for new customers. And they gave me a discount on a speaker AM/FM box.
