  Jazmin Jauregui at the Ruidoso, NM store took care of a very frustrating situation with my service. Long story short, I received both an email and a text from Verizon that you received my payment of $490 today which was the due date. Then my service was totally disconnected. I spent all day trying to email, text and call Financial services to get my service reconnected. I would be on hold for a long time only to get a recording that I needed to pay and then get hung up on. I've had Verizon for 9 plus years on the number and even longer before. There was a time I didn't mind paying more than other cellular companies because you had superior customer service by one phone call. That is no longer the case. While I'm very pleased with Jazmin, I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of care and customer support from Verizon. I even tried the Chat to no avail. I'm going to seriously consider other cellular providers. Very disappointing because I've been a loyal customer for many years.

  My boyfriend and I had went into verizon to look for a mac book or any kind of laptop, she insisted he needed to make an account to get started on credit when he has been a member with them for about 5 months now, whoever the smaller lady was (the manager i’m assuming) kept over talking the sales person and said out loud “he can’t afford that” when he was trying to pay the full amount in cash and to get any info on what to do to at least order one/pay it full, she kept on denying that he can’t pay in cash because he has “ a low credit score with them” after that experience we most likely will shop with Walmart to get better service at minimum, lost our business

  During purchase of a new phone the sales assistants at this store (without giving the customer option) go ahead & open the phone box & install screen protectors & cases on phones without customers consent then of course charge the customer for the additions even though customers don’t request them. I’ve heard this from multiple people in Ruidoso at this point. There is also a product they are forcing people to use when customers request a screen protector, instead of recommending multiple options like a tempered glass cover, they force people to use a liquid screen protector they charge $75 for, this product has a 3 star review on Verizon’s own website & for good reason, it doesn’t work, phones screens get scratched very easily & a simple $10 tempered glass protector off Amazon would do a far better job but instead this store wants to rip you off of your hard earned money.

  Jazmin and Lianna where absolutely awesome and so attentive!! I had major issues with AT&T, they helped me switch over seamlessly! So thankful to have great people who are able to assist without driving all over here and half of Georgia!!

  So let’s get Somthing straight there are two employees here one is phenomenal the other needs to be fired just happens to be the manager crystal is amazing and I can tell try’s to help where she can and explain things very clearly now one of these complaints is more series but from a friend of mine the manager of this store refused service to him because he was Jewish and wearing Somthing traditionally Jewish I forget what exactly the item was but that’s unacceptable anywhere 2 when I was there for assistance she took 4 hours to not get to us claiming quality over quantity where from what I can tell neither were provided crystal on the other hand managed to juggle 4 different lines of help solo and remained calm and courteous the whole time I’ve worked service jobs so I get it can be rough but after I went in my grandpa went in a second time to get some things sorted out and was raked over the coals by this woman for an hour plus at first claiming that what he was saying simply wasn’t true then proceeding to try and tell him she didn’t understand why he was making a big deal out of this and was just trying to do her job the job she does not seam qualified for in any manor
