The employee working was more focused on talking about her personal life than helping the waiting customers. What bothered me most was how she treated an elderly man that was in line after me — she spoke to him disrespectfully, handed him an 800 number to make his payment, and told him he could just pay over the phone instead of coming into the store. She left him on the call without any help, and he became confused and unable to complete his payment. It was upsetting to watch. When it was finally my turn to be assisted, by another employee, she asked if she could go use the restroom before helping us, even though she had been standing around talking earlier while waiting for customers to return from their vehicles. I have no idea how this level of service is acceptable. Thanks to customers, they have jobs — yet the effort and respect were completely missing. They lost my business and a purchase of over $1,000. May be switching to T-mobile soon.
