They gave me a number to customer support. That was no help because it's just a number to an overseas support and I couldn't understand a thing they were saying and they couldn't understand what I needed.
- EEEdJul 22, 20251.0Service here was great but I do not recommend getting the Asurion phone insurance. Asurion has simply put the worst customer service I've experienced. You pay for the phone insurance for years and the day you need to use it these people make it a nightmare to get your phone replaced. They make you go through hoops and loops and then without shame want to upsell you to cover your home appliances. What a joke. Going days without a phone because they keep denying your claims and they want you to take a selfie for security measures? With what phone? This is unacceptable. You're better off not having insurance and then buying an unlocked replacement phone from Amazon if you need it. Or even better a whole different provider that sells cheap phones that are easily replaceable. 🤷
