  She was so nice so helpful very informative some places they just want you to get into a contract quick she told me let me help you if we can’t do something. We’ll do something else for you no matter what she’s gonna make it work for my kid thank you very much. She put a smile on his face bigger than the state of Texas really appreciated the service.

  Tried to get something during my lunch and the doors were locked during business hours. When someone was there I explained I needed an invoice for my previous account. They gave me a number to customer support. That was no help because it's just a number to an overseas support and I couldn't understand a thing they were saying and they couldn't understand what I needed.

  Service here was great but I do not recommend getting the Asurion phone insurance. Asurion has simply put the worst customer service I've experienced. You pay for the phone insurance for years and the day you need to use it these people make it a nightmare to get your phone replaced. They make you go through hoops and loops and then without shame want to upsell you to cover your home appliances. What a joke. Going days without a phone because they keep denying your claims and they want you to take a selfie for security measures? With what phone? This is unacceptable. You're better off not having insurance and then buying an unlocked replacement phone from Amazon if you need it. Or even better a whole different provider that sells cheap phones that are easily replaceable. 🤷

  My wife and I were in town to do some shopping for our business in Ruidoso. We had wanted to get new phones for some time now and as we were driving to our next stop we decided to pull in to see if they had the iPhone 11 available. Brandon welcomes us and immediately checked their inventory and yes he has two. He then takes the time to ensure everything is properly transferred from old phones to new ones. My phone took longer since my old phone had not been backed up in a while and as he meticulously tried multiple processes to get the phone backed up there was success. He certainly had the patience to sit with us and explain all his efforts to accomplish the phone transfer process. Brandon was tops in his customer service and technical ability and proved exceptional in understanding the importance of a voicemail I wanted to make sure was not lost in the process. During each process to transfer my old phone data to the new phone he made sure to let me check that voicemail was still in tact. We had a very pleasant time sharing conversations with him, and his demeanor with us during the whole process was professional, courteous and respectful. He truly made our new phone purchase a pleasant experience. We highly recommend this store and Brandon for your next phone purchase.
