Terrible experience their workers are lazy. I couldn’t return my Internet gateway there. The lady requested for me to go to the postal office when I clearly told the lady I wanted to return it there just very inconvenient.

I went to this store as it was recommended by a friend of mine. Everything was going well and I was told that I would get a $1000,00 Visa card to pay my previous provider the balance owed on my phone upon trade in. I never received any gift card and my previous provider charged me over $600.00 dollars for the phone. When I contacted the store they said that they never said anything like this but I know what I heard. This is a very deceptive practice and I have spoken with Verizon customer service who is looking into this. Be careful about promises not kept from this particular store. It’s like buying a car and the salesman promising everything to get a sale. I’m also going to contact the FTC and report this deceptive person. Be aware of this store.

Don’t go. 14 year veteran Verizon customer here and probably the least knowledgeable, untrained associate I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve done nothing but order phones online for direct to home shipping or in store pickup and have never been told I needed to activate my phone in store immediately or be charged the full price of the phone on the spot. All agreements were signed online. That’s the point of online ordering and in store pickup. It’s supposed to be easy and seamless. Was told had to activate the phone immediately to walk away with it…even after I signed for it and it showed the order was picked up associate would not give me the phone. It was supposed to be a gift. Now I have an opened iPhone box and a text message to the recipient. Gift for Xmas ruined. I asked to cancel the order in total and associate was unable to even accommodate that. Horrible customer service. Horrible. Stay away from this Verizon store!
