Like that makes any sense. I called Verizon and they canceled and placed it in 10 minutes. That guy did the same thing with my bf claiming the phone wasn’t in the safe and after a week we come back to one of the employees stating it’s been there for a while. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE USELESS PEOPLE
