Thank you Tristin! I then went in a few days later and spoke to Danny, who was helpful with my questions.Today I spoke to a nice young man whom I didn't get a name he was African American, but couldn't make my password work on my old phone so I had to make another trip around 5-5:30pm today 2/3/2026. Then for the last trip I came in and a shorter young man possibly Hispanic, was not as pleasant and kinda rude. He was inpatient as well. Seemed as if all my questions seemed to bother him. I told him that the other guy, as I pointed to him (the nice African American) had tried to help me. I then walked over to the nice young man and said, I was here earlier and you tried to help me. So he was about to leave for the day but stayed around and helped me finalize my account upgrading. Wow what an experience! One bad salesman out of the 4. I am Hispanic as well so there was no racism. Glad Tristin T. was there that one evening when I purchased my upgraded cellphone otherwise I may have gone somewhere else.
