Was told I was getting the 2 lines for $80 promo but instead was charged for regular price. Two days later, my phones' services were suspended and when I called customer support, they told me they couldn't see the charges on their end and the only way to track the transaction was by the invoice number on the receipt. I got the invoice number (which customer support claimed was an incorrect number and were unable to help. After 4 hours and several different calls, I just ended up paying the "amount I owed", because I was just sick of wasting my time with a company that isn't willing to/"can't" help.
