The process took a while to switch my old phone over to my new one, but because Koa and the rest of the staff that were there on Father's Day, were so nice, it made the process go by a lot more smoothly. I had my 18month old son with me and he was getting ancy but the staff was very kind and understanding. I'm very happy with my new phone. It wasn't the flip that I wanted but it's still an amazing phone. I got the Samsung S25 Ultra. Amazing camera! But I love the SPen feature the most. It's like my own little magic wand for my phone. This phone can do so much! It's going to take me a few months to learn all of it's amazing capabilities, but it's well worth it! Thank you Koa!
