A representative named Amanda kept pushing us to sign up for home internet even after we clearly and politely said no multiple times. She continued insisting and even kept talking about coming to our house to set it up? Which I thought was really weird to ask to come to someone’s house?! We had already declined. It felt overly aggressive and honestly rude. Customer service should respect when a customer says no. Explaining options is fine — but repeatedly pushing after a clear answer is not. The interaction left a bad impression and made the whole visit stressful instead of helpful. I hope Verizon reminds their staff to respect customer boundaries and decisions.

Both of them were exceptional in helping us! They went above and beyond in helping us getting everything switched over, which meant a lot to us after having horrible customer service with ATT. If you are thinking about making the switch, we highly recommend going to this location!

Strives for perfection and knows his jobs ins and outs more than any other carrier I’ve settled with. Stop settling for less with your phone plan and work with the best. Respectable, kind, genuine and fair are all words that describe Ryan as a person and if you are going anywhere else it is your loss honestly.
