He was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful, making the entire process easy and stress-free. He took the time to clearly explain the changes to my bill and was extremely thorough and patient throughout the visit. When I later had to call 611 to remove activation fees and noticed that it unexpectedly affected my monthly payment, I returned to the store the next day with concerns. Stephen immediately stepped in, contacted 611 on my behalf, and ensured my bill was corrected right away. Overall, my experience was fantastic. Stephen went above and beyond, and I would absolutely return to him over other locations.

He even showed us that we were spending too much for device protection, something the other stores we have been to did not, and saved us money on a multi device plan. We were very happy with his help and even happier we we did not have to drive out of town to get business done.

The store representative rude, condescending, and unprofessional. The basic response was: after we sell you the phone it's your problem we won't help you. The clerk became furious when his technobabble was not accepted as meaningful support. The clerk also claimed (after payment of course) that his store did not represent Verizon: quote, "the sign on the door says Russell Cellular not Verizon." Verizon was on the wall in large letters behind the clerk and is the huge sign outside of the store. Terrible service, terrible experience.

I was promised my bill would not increase, at all, $60 a month increase later, I am on the phone with customer service trying to resolve an issue I never should have had. Do yourself a favor, drive to Santa Fe, or better yet upgrade over the phone with a true Verizon agent, who gives accurate information. Furthermore, he felt it necessary to share with me- someone completely new to the area (throughout the entire interaction) how much he hated living in Los Alamos, and how much I would hate it also. If I could give 0 stars for both service and integrity, I would.
