  Not a Verizon but a third party store. They signed us up for four additional lines secretly to get the commission. We knew nothing about it until the bill came in. They told us we could try a gateway for free. Turns out it didn't work because in our area we don't even get the highest speed internet which they promised it would be. And on top of that they charged us for it. And they wouldn't take their return. When we brought the device back into the store they said we had to ship it out at a UPS store down the street. They also wouldn't ship up the two phones to our sons and other states. They were supposed to and they told us they would. In the end though they did not . They also activated one of the phones that was to be shipped out as opposed to just porting over the number to our son's existing phone out of state. They added setup fees to phones that we didn't even have to total $200. We were on the phone with Verizon billing 3 weeks straight trying to get the bill ironed out. One of the phones we had ported over from T-Mobile didn't work until two weeks later. So many lies and so much headache. We were in the store 4 hours trying to get our phone set up. If you have to go to Verizon make sure it's the corporate store on Lohman.

  Truely horrible. These guys are very dishonest and scam you with false info and hidden charges. This is NOT a verizon store, if you have to purchase from Verizon go to the Lohman store. You can not trust a thing they say. They take hours to set up phones 4 to 6 hours no problem. Getting your phone to work lots of problems. Charging hidden fees they'll do that too.

  Go to an actual retail store. This store will take your money, tell you your bill is 1/2 of what it actually is. They then say they did nothing wrong. Verizon Corp even says not to go these people. Horrible!
