Was expecting help but instead I had a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I’ve now been to the Verizon store twice, with two different employees and my phone STILL doesn’t work. I expected at least a basic level of help, but instead I got rude, dismissive staff who made it clear they had no interest in actually solving the problem. Not only was nothing fixed, but the way I was treated made the whole experience even worse. I’m paying for a service I can’t use, and I’ve wasted my time getting absolutely nowhere. Completely unacceptable customer service from a company that should know better.
