- BWBrian WApr 1, 20211.0Absolutely horrible! I walked in and inquired about the a11 Samsung promo. They said it would be best if I went and got my information and came back. I came back with the information, and I inquired about the a11 again. They suggested I wait until they take care of three other customers who walked in behind me. Another worker wandered in, and logged in, and then asked if he could help. He told me right away that there are no a11s. Do not understand why somebody would make me wait with my n95 mask on for an expended period of time, during an "f"ing pandemic -FOR ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD REASON!!! I WOULD NOT WALK INTO THIS STORE AGAIN IF IT MEANT A FREE PHONE AND FREE SERVICE.
